Quarter Kitchen & Cocktail bar is a Pan Asian concept set in a modern restaurant and open kitchen. Flavours from Korea, Japan and Thailand are infused into local produce. American and Japanese Wagyu are paired with fresh vegetables and seafood. Their Zion cocktail won the 2018 St. Barth Gourmet Festival cocktail Concours.
